The Pony Club Mini-Major Show Jumping class at The Olympia Horse Show involves just 8 Pony Club Members who have qualified over the summer, being paired up with one of the senior International riders competing at the show.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for these young riders to compete at a 5 star International Show, alongside the best riders in the world. The competition is a pair relay, with the time of ‘mini’ deciding the winner. Last year brother Thomas finished 3rd, this year Katie Bradburne, supported by Webbswood, is one of the 8 in the line up riding 128cm pony Runaway Dolly. This is Katie’s first time competing at the show. She is both hugely excited and nervous in equal measures but will be going all out to win.
This show is closely followed by the Liverpool International one and Katie is again in the prestigious Mini Major line up there. Brother Thomas takes over the reins in the 128cm Grand Prix at Liverpool on New Years Eve. Thank you Jez for supporting Webbbswood Dolly, Thomas and Katie.
In separate pony news Katie and Thomas are thrilled that Romey Webb is taking over the ride on the amazing pocket rocket Webbswood Jack.
